General Terms and Conditions Rutten Trading Gmbh

General

The terms and conditions apply in the version that is valid at the time of your order on our website. A customer is any natural or legal person who maintains business relations with Rutten Trading GmbH. Terms of payment and delivery that deviate from these terms and conditions require a confirmation e-mail from Rutten Trading GmbH.

Contract

The purchase agreement between the customer and Rutten Trading Gmbh is concluded by an order from the customer and the confirmation by Rutten Trading Gmbh. The customer's order is made online by completing the order form or shopping cart provided in the online shop. Rutten Trading GmbH accepts the order by sending a confirmation by e-mail. With the order, the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Rutten Trading Gmbh.

Prices and shipment

Shipment is carried out by DHL or Deutsche Post. The shipping costs are calculated according to the rates published in the online shop. All prices are exclusive of the costs for shipping and packaging. If individual products are not available, the overpaid amount will be refunded. For deliveries whose payments are collected by invoice, cash on delivery or credit card, the possibly reduced final amount of the shipment is calculated immediately. Unless otherwise noted, all prices include VAT.

Defects and returns

In the case of defects in the ordered goods, the buyer shall report these defects to Rutten Trading GmbH by e-mail within five working days from the delivery of the goods. In case of defects, the buyer is entitled to demand a reduction of the purchase price. The return of products is possible within 30 days, but only for products that have not been used. In the event of damage to the goods due to transport, the buyer must inform Rutten Trading by e-mail within 48 hours, otherwise, the buyer has no right to claim for compensation. The products must be returned with all accessories in the intact original packaging and packed properly. The buyer carries the risk of a faulty return.

Personal data and privacy

For Rutten Trading Gmbh, protecting your privacy is a priority. We do our utmost to guarantee you an absolutely confidential and secure handling of your personal data. We only forward your personal data (e.g. e-mail address, name, profiles, etc.) to third parties if it is necessary for the production, delivery or payment of the goods.

After completing the order, your customer information will be stored by us. The treatment of the data is in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act. All data is encrypted during the online connection between the buyer, the online shop and the bank. We cannot see the identification elements or the payment details.

You have the option of entering a customer account and entering a password. Your password is encrypted. Therefore, we cannot see any passwords. But there is the possibility to reset passwords.

Liability

Claims for damages for the impossibility of performance, breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo and tort are, as far as not intentional or grossly negligent action, against Rutten Trading GmbH and against the employees of Rutten Trading GmbH completely excluded. The liability for indirect damage and consequential damage resulting from the use, due to dysfunction or loss of performance is excluded.

Jurisdiction and place of fulfilment

Swiss law will automatically apply if any of these terms and conditions are ineffective. Jurisdiction and place of performance is Basel City.
